HSMC suggests these resources to help you get your perfect pet.

The HSMC shelter is located at 4172 State Route 3 (Illinois Route 3) and is approximately 8 miles south of Waterloo.

Our hours of operation are:

Tuesday and Thursday 3PM to 7PM

Saturday 11AM to 6PM. (However, we will be closed Christmas Eve)

Our next adoption event is May 12 at PetCo at 149 Gravois Bluffs Plaza Drive, Fenton, Missouri from 10AM to 2PM

Also, if you are interested in an animal on our website site and would like to arrange a visit at a time other than the scheduled adoption events, please call 618-282-PETS and leave a message.
