A... purrrrfect HSMC event for all the cat lovers to help care for animals in the care of the HSMC, your local "no-kill" animal shelter.
FELINE FRENZY
Date: Sunday, February 28,2010
Time: 2:00 P. M. (Blessing of the cats at 1:45 P.M.)
Place: Fellowship Hall of St. Paul United Church of Christ - Columbia,
127 St. Paul St., Columbia, IL
Cost: $15 per cat per owner ($20 after Feb.26th).
$10 for each additional cat with the same owner.

Cats must be brought in a carrier along with a two or three line short blurb telling something unique about your cat. You will walk the "cat walk" with your cat as your story is shared.
There will be placing awards based upon your cat's story. Other contests will include: longest tail, shortest tail, fluffiest tail, furriest cat, biggest paws, most unique, unusual, oldest cat and youngest cat.
Attendance prizes and a raffle drawing will be held.
all proceeds to benefit the Humane Society of Monroe County.
