Guinness
is a
SWEETHEART
of a dog!
He is
approximately
4 years
old and is
believed
to be a
flat
coated
retriever
mix.
Guinness
was picked
up as a
stray but
was
definitely
once
someone’s
house dog.
He was
already
neutered
when
rescued
from
animal
control
and when
he arrived
in his
foster
home he
was
housebroken
and very
well
behaved in
the house.
Guinness
wants only
one thing
and that
is to be
loved. He
adores
sitting in
our laps
on the
sofa or in
a
recliner,
he is sure
he is a
lap dog!
He is a
very light
bodied dog
and does
fit quite
well in
our laps.
Guinness
is crate
trained
but in his
foster
home he
has been
allowed to
sleep
loose in
the family
room at
night
since he
is so well
behaved.
He loves
to curl up
in the
recliner
and snooze
the night
away. He
would make
an
excellent
dog to
sleep on
your bed
at night.
Guinness
has made
friends
with the
other dogs
in the
foster
home
without
difficulty
and plays
for hours
on end
with them.
He does
obsess
over cats
and cannot
think of
anything
except
getting to
a cat if
he sees
one. So a
no-cat
home is a
must. A
privacy
fence or a
5 foot
chain link
fence are
a must for
a fenced
yard; he
has gone
over a 4
foot fence
trying to
follow a
cat. If
you do not
have a
fence but
can commit
to long
walks to
fulfill
his
exercise
needs,
Guinness
will be
fine.
Guinness
is just
the
ultimate
sweet
natured,
fun
loving,
affectionate
and cuddly
dog! If
