If
you're
looking
for
a
smaller
dog
with
a
fantastic
disposition,
then
you
should
meet
Rory,
a
14-month
old
Basset
Hound
mix.
He
only
stands
about
14
inches
tall,
but
he's
got
a
big
personality.
Rory
is
incredibly
sweet
and
lovable
-
his
tail
rarely
stops
wagging!
He
is
currently
living
in
a
foster
home
with
other
dogs,
kids
and
cats,
and
he
gets
along
well
with
everyone.
He
is
very
playful
and
enjoys
roughhousing
with
other
dogs,
and
he
even
offers
to
play
with
the
cats,
too
(they
decline).
After
his
play
sessions,
he
plops
down
and
chews
on
a
toy,
usually
with
his
legs
stretched
straight
out
behind
him!
Rory
is
currently
learning
how
to
walk
properly
on
a
leash,
and
he
is
also
working
on
his
house
manners.
Sometimes
he
greets
people
a
little
too
exuberantly
(by
jumping
on
them),
and
during
playtime
he
likes
to
use
the
couch
as
a
springboard
when
he
races
around
the
house.
But
he
is
quickly
settling
in
and
learning
the
rules.
Rory
is
crate-trained
and
sleeps
quietly
in
his
crate
overnight
and
during
daytime
naps.
Before
Rory
was
rescued
by
HSMC,
he
was
kept
in
a
pen
all
of
the
time
with
his
brother
and
did
not
receive
much
human
attention,
although
you
would
never
know
it
based
on
how
comfortable
and
friendly
he
is
around
people.
He
deserves
a
great
home
with
someone
who
will
take
the
time
to
interact
and
play
with
him.
Rory
was
born
in
June
of
2009.
